Germany currently has an enormous need in the areas of healthcare Professionals (nursing and care givers, doctors and dentists assistants). I realized that my home country has a surplus of highly skilled and qualified nurses, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Germany plans to fill 300 000 healthcare jobs by 2030 and the sooner they can fill this gap the better. Thus, SerabiRecruits became a part of this amazing movement to provide these opportunities to healthcare professionals, IT Professionals and Au Pairs from around the world that want to work in Germany and Denmark.
Application requirements
- Eligibility
Applicants must be South African, African, Asian, or European nationals. - Age Range
Candidates should be between 18 and 45 years old. - Language Commitment
Applicants must be willing to dedicate 5 to 6 months to
study the German language, achieving at least a B2 proficiency level. - Financial Preparedness
Candidates should have sufficient financial means to cover certain expenses related to the international job application process before successful recruitment. These expenses include:
o Recruitment fee
o Language course and examination fees
o Verification of educational documents by the German government (Anerkennung)
o Possible medical check - Background Check
Candidates must have no criminal record and be open to have a criminal background check. After recruitment, candidates may also need to cover:
o Flight costs
o One month of accommodation (our company can assist with arrangements through third-party providers if not supplied by the employer)
o One month of public transportation (bus, train, tram) fees
o Living expenses for the first month (food and essentials) - Communication Requirements
Applicants must provide a valid contact number and email address. They should be able to conduct interviews via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, or Teams, and must be proficient in English.

- All fees related to the application process before successful recruitment are Non-Refundable.
- A job is not guaranteed, as our ability to secure a position will depend on the successful verification of your educational documents and your eligibility for a visa.
- This process includes:
o Obtaining a B2 German language certificate in your Country of Origin
o Meeting qualification and experience requirements
o Providing truthful information in your application, which will be assessed during the vetting (By Serabilife Healthcare Recruits) and Anerkennung (By the German Federal Government process).
